Office of the Chief Accounts Officer Migrant Cell Education Jammu was established in the year 1992 for drawal of salary / other benefits of the employees of Education Department who migrated from Kashmir Valley.
The office is headed by Chief Accounts Officer and the latter also officiates as a "Budget Controlling Authority (BCA) " as per the BEAMS profile.
Currently Nine DDOs / Principals of Migrant Schools are receiving Budget , through BEAMS , from this office.
